Clients Blackbox Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the entire recruiting engine in a remote-first setting for the US market.
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for 8–12 roles per year across marketing, sales, and operations, sourcing candidates across Linked In Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche communities, and coordinating interview loops. You’ll screen candidates, conduct assessments, manage references and offers, and build a bench of pre-qualified talent.
