The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role at NGT, steering the comprehensive management of human resources functions. This strategic position involves developing and executing HR strategies that align with our corporate goals, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace. You will lead recruitment and onboarding processes, develop and oversee employee policies, manage relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you'll manage employee benefits, training, and development, directly contributing to our culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee benefits programs, training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Assist in Quick Books' entries on a weekly basis
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Manager role.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing comprehensive HR programs and processes.
- Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
- Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems, particularly Bamboo HR.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and payroll.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills for effective information dissemination across various platforms.
- Proficient problem‑solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and formulating effective solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.
- Tech‑savvy, with a strong affinity for digital tools and platforms.
- Experience in high‑volume recruiting, capable of meeting the dynamic needs of a growing organization.
