Location: Northern
Solera Senior Living is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support our national portfolio. This full-time, fully remote role serves as the first point of contact for team member and manager HR questions, helps troubleshoot in UKG, and supports onboarding, benefits, and record-keeping.
Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will learn HRIS processes, improve workflows, and partner across People & Culture to keep processes organized and accurate.
