Role Description

The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization. This role includes maintaining employee records, administering benefits, processing new hire and termination documentation, and ensuring data accuracy within HRIS platforms. The Human Resources Administrator will assist with policy implementation, compliance with labor and employment regulations, and coordination of performance and employee relations processes.

The role also involves responding to HR-related inquiries, preparing reports, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and partnering with managers to promote a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to manage enrollments, changes, and employee communications regarding benefit programs.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate HR reports.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to help ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Additional qualifications:

    prior experience in an HR support or administrative role, strong attention to detail, proficiency with office productivity tools, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred: associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience working in a remote environment or multi-location organization.
