We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts for the Century City, Los Angeles, California area.

• Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with a choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location

Working in a largely virtual environment where culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Technical Recruiter role uses end-to-end recruiting to provide technology workforce staffing solutions in the Century City, Los Angeles, California area through a combination of video and in-person meetings.

• Technical Recruiter must live in the greater Century City, Los Angeles, California area
• Strong business acumen and customer service skills
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills
• Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
• Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with company purpose and values
• Embraces belonging-focused environment
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the IT industry
• Bachelor's degree or transferable experience
