Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong hands‑on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment to join our team on a permanent remote basis.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, job portals, referrals, and other channels
. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, CTC, and notice period.
- Must have experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring
. - Understand IT requirements and identify suitable technical profiles.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.
- Achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
