About the roleThe Payroll Specialist is responsible for the data entry and processing of corporate payroll. Preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliation of payroll related accounts. This role will also provide support to the Financial Planning and Incentive Compensation Teams in regard to new hires and job changes.
What you will do- Must have the ability to travel into the Bellevue, WA home office at least one day every two weeks
- Process corporate bi-weekly payroll using ADP's Vantage including payroll data entry, administering file feeds from both internal and external sources and processing self-service documents. Review benefit file from ADP Health and Welfare. Create and transmit payroll files for processing. Collaborate with the Sr Payroll Specialist to correct payroll audit errors. Support our employees by responding to their payroll questions and concerns.
Ad-hoc projects as needed. - Prepare monthly journal entries and Complete monthly payroll account reconciliations.
- Enter in new hires, job changes and terminations related to incentive compensation into the Incentive Compensation SharePoint site. Work with the FP&A team in regard to the Long Term Incentive bonus programs by running LTI Award and Termination reports from ADP. Enter in all updates to the Validation report and the monthly close checklist with new LTI awards and terminations

Hourly Range: $27.10 - $45.16 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
Who You Are- High school diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree a plus.
- 2-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience.
- End to end payroll experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
