Global Medical Response (GMR) is seeking a Talent Partner – Pilot Recruiting Sourcer to proactively hunt rotor pilot talent and build a robust candidate pipeline. You will engage active and passive pilots, screen against aviation criteria, and collaborate with recruiters to meet staffing needs while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
The role is remote with about 10% travel to industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and connect with top rotor pilots.
