We are hiring an experienced Payroll & Statutory Compliance Executive for a Work From Home opportunity. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, taxation, and HR operations.

• Maintain employee payroll data and MIS reports using Excel.
• Prepare and process employee bonuses.
• Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, etc.
• Generate UAN and ESIC registrations for employees.
• Generate and process PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF challans through respective portals.
• Ensure timely statutory payments and compliance submissions.
• Manage Domestic Income Tax related activities.
• Support HR payroll operations and employee records management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs and compliance requirements.

• Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and data maintenance.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Working Days:
  Monday to Friday; 2nd & 4th Saturday off
