This is a remote, independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. You decide how much you earn by the number of drivers you successfully place.
Responsibilities- Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.
- Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
- Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs
- Match applicants with the best available opportunities
- Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with good time management
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools
- Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided
- Computer or laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Telephone or smartphone
- Dedicated workspace where you can work without distractions
