About
The Role
This role exists to build and execute recruitment strategies that fill open positions with qualified, well-matched candidates. The team follows structured, process-driven workflows with clear stages for candidate assessment and job analysis. Work is primarily asynchronous, and you will coordinate with colleagues across multiple time zones. The team is internationally distributed, so clear written communication and independent judgment matter. This position calls for someone who works with high autonomy and holds a low tolerance for errors in candidate records and documentation.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for assigned open roles.
Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills and fit against role requirements.
Perform job analysis to define accurate role requirements and qualifications.
Negotiate offer terms and manage expectations between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records across the applicant tracking system.
What We're Looking For
Proven recruitment strategy experience across full-cycle hiring.
Strong candidate assessment and evaluation skills.
Experience Conducting Job Analysis To Define Role Requirements.
Skilled negotiator, able to align candidate and employer expectations.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, including Workable, Greenhouse, and Lever.
Experience sourcing candidates using Linked In Recruiter and Indeed.
