Role & responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles using job portals (Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
