Lead dynamic training sessions, manage performance evaluations, and fuel talent acquisition through hiring events and compelling job descriptions. Tackle HR Hotline calls, conduct investigations, and shape policies that empower teams. With 5 years of HR generalist experience (or a bachelor's + 3 years), plus sharp MS Office skills (HRIS a bonus, SHRM PHR preferred), you'll thrive in this high-energy role.
