National Recruiting Manager

National Recruiting Manager Salary plus Commission Duties and Responsibilities Drive the headcount growth of the company through the management of the recruiting process. Directly manage the remote-based recruiting staff. Indirectly manage & coordinate activities of recruiters in conjunction with Field Managers & field office requirements. Closely work with all ADEX Operations Management to collect and publish open requirements and coordinate priorities.

Develop and oversee the training of all recruiters to include:
Applicant Tracking System use. Calling and recording outcomes. Use of e-mail and other social media Establish performance metrics On-going monitoring and tutoring. Responsible for the management of the sourcing function to support recruiters by identifying new sources of candidates. Responsible for the management of job postings on the company website(s). Responsible for the management of company Job Board accounts. Other duties as assigned.
