Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Pharma requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Assess candidates based on job requirements and technical/domain skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure positions are closed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

• Experience in IT and Pharma recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri, Linked In, and other job portals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Consultancy/Staffing recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent hiring is an added advantage.
