Our client, a leading international recruitment consultancy , is seeking a motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant specializing in Technology to join their global team. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere within South Africa, focusing on sourcing and placing top tech talent for clients across various industries. You will manage the entire recruitment process, build strong virtual relationships with clients and candidates, and leverage digital tools to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced tech recruiter looking for flexibility and global reach.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technology roles, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced online sourcing strategies and digital tools to identify and engage with candidates globally.
- Conduct thorough virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with technology clients through effective virtual communication.
- Negotiate offers and manage the remote onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and recruitment best practices.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment consultancy , with a strong focus on technology recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-demand tech roles.
- Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication, virtual relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment technology and collaboration tools.
