Key Responsibilities   Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet diverse client hiring needs.
Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing using advanced search techniques, social media, and professional networks.
Perform thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Provide market intelligence and consultative advice to clients regarding talent availability and compensation trends.
Maintain accurate and detailed records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements   Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously.
Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools, ATS, and Linked In Recruiter.
Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in talent acquisition.
