They are seeking experienced Legal Recruiters, or sales driven professionals with strong knowledge of the legal field, to join a relationship focused, high tenure team serving the East Coast territory.

• First year recruiters typically earn $100,000 to over $130,000

This is a sales driven role. Success depends on your ability to source legal talent, build strong relationships, and close placements for attorneys or professional staff.

Ideal candidates bring experience in legal recruiting or familiarity with law firm environments, legal support staffing, or attorney level recruiting. Candidates should live within the East Coast territory, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, West Virginia, or Delaware
, and have 5+ years of experience in legal recruiting
