Key Responsibilities   Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for complex and senior-level roles across various industries.

Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements   Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and full-cycle management.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for specialized or executive-level roles.
Expertise in using various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Exceptional communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote interaction.
Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote, flexible work environment.
Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
