• Source, screen, and interview candidates for specialized IT roles, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking IT talent, understanding their technical and cultural needs.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing a wide array of tools and platforms to identify passive and active candidates worldwide.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation, background checks, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence on IT talent trends, compensation, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize the candidate experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong specialization in the IT sector .
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, effective in a virtual setting.
