New Role! Growing company is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help them build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model – getting HR out in the field.

Summary:

• Will provide the full range of HR support to 600+ employees in 60+ locations throughout AZ, NV, UT, CO, and NM
• Will be the front-line/main point of contact for all things HR for the region
• Work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on all things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations
• Strategic and hands-on mindset
• Strong employee relations experience
• Excellent at building relationships with employees at all levels
• Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset
• Person will work out of their home and must be able to travel up 25-40% of the time overnight throughout the region
