Pre Pass, based in Phoenix with hybrid or remote work options, seeks a Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team. This Individual Contributor role reports to the VP of HR and focuses on compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
You will conduct market analyses, design pay policies and incentive plans, ensure compliance with FLSA, manage enrollment processes, and partner with leaders on equity and budgeting throughout the year.
