This is a remote position.
The role in one line: You vet candidates and manage them through the process. We bring the open roles, companies, and tools.
What we provide
- Active companies and open roles — no client prospecting or cold-calling for business.
- A candidate outreach system already in place — no need to source from scratch.
- Sourcing, tracking, and organization tools.
- Clear direction on roles, requirements, and handoffs.
What you will do
- Review candidate responses and resumes.
- Run short vetting calls to assess fit and availability.
- Manage candidate updates, scheduling, follow-up, and handoffs.
- Keep the candidate pipeline organized and moving.
Compensation
Commission only: 20% of each placement fee, with a minimum $2,000 payout per placement.
This is an independent-contractor, fully remote role with flexible hours. It does not involve client development, cold calling, or sourcing list building.
