About the Role:

Orcapod Consulting Services is looking for experienced Female IT Recruiters who have hands-on experience in Niche Hiring, Senior-Level Hiring, Leadership Hiring, and Bulk/Volume Hiring across multiple IT domains.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle IT recruitment for niche and leadership positions
• Manage Senior-level and leadership hiring mandates
• Work on bulk/volume hiring and multiple positions simultaneously
• Source candidates through various job portals, social media, and references
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist relevant profiles
• Perform mass mailing, job postings, and database management
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
• Ensure quality hiring within TAT

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment
• Expertise in Niche Hiring, Leadership Hiring, and Senior-level Recruitment
• Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a WFH setup

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Experience:
  
  4 to 7 years
• Must own a Laptop and have a stable WiFi connection
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Week Off: All Sundays + 2nd & 4th Saturdays

Compensation:

• Salary + Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement
• Final salary and designation will depend on interview performance (up to 3 rounds)
