• Base salary of $45k - $55k
• Earning potential in year one of $70k year two of $100k, and year three of $175k

• Generating new business through research and business development
• Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and Linked In
• Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base

• Make placements and collect the commission!

• Recent graduate in any discipline
• Experience working alongside education – hospitality, retail, sales, internships, etc.
• Demonstrated excellence in something – sports, music, work, academics, etc.
• Passionate about building a long-term career
• Naturally competitive and driven
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities
