We support the full employee lifecycle with proactive employee relations, respectful investigations, and clear, compliant documentation. Our performance book maintenance keeps evaluations, goals, and corrective actions organized, audit-ready, and aligned to business outcomes. Yinergy develops and updates policies and procedures including handbooks, workflows, and SOPs to meet federal, state, and local requirements and to reduce operational risk. We plan, implement, and maintain HRIS platforms (selection, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, analytics, and user training) to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve data integrity.

• The employer is a franchisee/owner of an independent The UPS Store center located in East Point, GA. The center provides convenient and value-added business services to the small-office/home-office market, corporate "road warriors," and consumers. Our centers offer a variety of shipping, freight, postal, digital online printing, document, and business services through convenient locations and world-class service.

• The Full Time role will consists of leading store operations, provide outstanding customer service and solutions to customers. Activities will include shipment processing, packing, printing, fax services, notary, inventory management, sorting mail etc., The ideal candidate will also help strategically build the Center's retail print business, individual will work with local small businesses to promote Center's marketing and document services. Basic Graphic design and project management skills preferred.

  Experience:
  
  2 years minimum
• Knowledge and application of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Able to cross sell and up sell products and services
• Salary: $12-15/hr Plus 1.5x for overtime
