• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a wide range of technical positions using advanced recruitment techniques.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive technical fields.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at client companies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• Proven success in recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Dev Ops Engineers, Data Scientists, and System Administrators.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requisitions effectively in a remote setting.
