This role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will manage the full recruitment process, from understanding client needs to identifying and securing top talent. • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across multiple industries.
• Effectively source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to meet specific client requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their hiring objectives.
• Utilise a wide range of digital tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates globally.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the recruitment database.
• Achieve individual placement targets and contribute positively to the team's overall success.

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or consultancy settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills, adept at using online platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently and productively in a remote environment.
• Experience in any specialised sector (e.g., healthcare, engineering, tech) is a plus.
