- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Technology positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Utilize specialized search strategies on platforms like Linked In, Git Hub, and niche job boards to find tech talent.
- Conduct technical pre-screening interviews and assess candidate suitability for various IT roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals and candidates in the tech community.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers remotely to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the virtual recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, with a strong focus on IT and Technology recruitment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various online sourcing tools.
- Excellent understanding of IT terminology, technical roles, and the current tech job market.
- Strong virtual communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet recruitment targets in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with the technology sector in regions such as the Eastern Cape is beneficial.
