About the Role

Our client, a specialist Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the technology sector to join their team in Port Elizabeth . This role is integral to supporting clients in finding skilled IT professionals. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in permanent and contract positions.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology-related roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Build strong relationships with clients in the technology sector to understand their staffing requirements.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain a database of candidates and keep client information up-to-date.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the IT job market.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy , with a specialization in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to source and attract IT professionals, understanding technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
