The Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Alcami Corporation is responsible for driving candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high-performing talent while aligning with Alcami's culture.
You will work with the TA team to identify passive candidates and engage them proactively. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years of sourcing experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with ICIMS.
