Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy, is looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts from Centurion. This senior role involves overseeing the entire talent acquisition function, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring the successful placement of key personnel for our diverse client base. You will play a critical part in shaping our clients' work forces by identifying and attracting the best talent available in the market.

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants and specialists.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from employer branding and sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, legal requirements, and employer branding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
