- Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar role within recruitment.
- Expertise in advanced search techniques, including boolean logic and X-ray searching.
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging professionals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects concurrently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in candidate profiling.
