- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions
- Work on live hiring requirements across IT & ITES industries
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Assist in hiring and onboarding activities
- Learn the complete Recruitment Life Cycle

You'll Receive:No Fixed Stipend
This internship follows a performance-based earning model.
The more successful hires you close, the more you earn.
500 for Every Voice Process Hire
250 for Every Non-Voice Process Hire
No earning cap. No limits. Your earnings depend entirely on your performance and learning ability.

Eligibility- Female Freshers / Experienced Candidates
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Strong interest in HR & Recruitment
- Good Communication Skills
- Laptop & Stable Internet Connection Required

Remote
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timings: 9:30 AM 4:00 PM
