We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. In this role, you'll be a key partner in ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping create a positive workplace experience across our growing organization.
What You'll Do- Manage workers' compensation programs and claims administration.
- Administer FMLA, disability, leave-of-absence, and accommodation programs.
- Coordinate unemployment claims and represent the company in hearings when needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Manage HR compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and required workplace postings.
- Support employee wellness and workplace safety initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, leave administration, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.
