• Lead end‑to‑end government recruitment, ensuring continuous and differentiated results for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and clarify role specifications and priorities.
• Build relationships with management to refine candidate profiles and requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication and scheduling for candidates, acting as liaison between candidates and leaders.
• Pipeline talent in alignment with government succession priorities and market trends.

• 3+ years of experience in government recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or related search functions.
• Strong sourcing, networking, talent screening, process facilitation, negotiation, and deal‑closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions is a plus.
