We are seeking an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who can generate new business, secure job orders, and successfully place qualified candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business relationships with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Proactively secure contract and direct-hire job opportunities.
Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements, hiring objectives, and timelines.
Source candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and career goals.
Present qualified candidates with clear, professional submission summaries.
Manage the complete recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding.
Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Keep accurate records within the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
Monitor life sciences hiring trends and competitive market activity.
Meet established business development, recruiting, and placement goals.
QualificationsAt least four years of full-desk recruiting experience
, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or the broader life sciences industry.
Demonstrated success developing new business, securing job orders, and placing candidates.
Strong understanding of contract staffing and direct-hire recruitment.
Familiarity with technical roles across clinical, regulatory, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and scientific functions.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting databases.
Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and active searches simultaneously.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsBase salary of $105,000–$120,000
, depending on experience
