About the Role
Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a specialized Technical Recruiter with a focus on the engineering sector to join their team in Mahikeng, North West . You will be instrumental in sourcing and placing highly skilled engineers and technical professionals across various disciplines. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering roles, a strong ability to engage with technical talent, and the drive to build effective recruitment pipelines for challenging positions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering roles such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and software engineers.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using engineering-specific job boards, professional networks, and social media.
- Conduct technical assessments and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering and manufacturing industries.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to effectively recruit specialized talent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong emphasis on engineering roles.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex engineering requirements.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques relevant to technical hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.
- A degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
