What You'll DoDevelop collaborative relationships with recruiting partners and managers

Screen candidates for fit, quality, and potential

Communicate updates and progress weekly to recruiting partners

Attend recruiting and community events

Understand high-level hiring goals and align work with those goals to meet the needs of the team Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication

Ability to travel

Work in office when needed

What You'll Bring Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency

Self-motivated with a desire to exceed goals

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
