HR, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

About The Role

We're seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support our client's HR team with day-to-day operational and compliance work. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to build hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR functions in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

• Process ADA accommodation requests and support related documentation
• Assist with HR compliance reporting
• Support smaller employee relations matters, including policy clarification, remote work requests, and attendance policy guidance for people leaders
• Work daily within Workday (HRIS)

• Prior HR internship, coursework, or entry-level HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive/confidential information
• Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS is a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with employees and people leaders

This 90-day contract-to-hire position offers a direct path to a full-time HR role for the right candidate, with exposure to compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems from day one.
