We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to the company new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding team's potential and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer
- Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires
- Verify the employmenteligibilityof all new hires
- Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience
- Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions
- Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to activelysourcenew development resources as needed based onrequests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding
- Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn quickly on the joband work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgencyto get things done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus
- This isnot a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Memphis, TN area
- Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
