Under the leadership of the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer, this position will support the recruiting and hiring process for attorneys at all levels with an emphasis on providing a seamless, well-organized and positive experience for all stakeholders. The Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also utilize exceptional communication and administrative skills to coordinate all aspects of the law student recruitment program. After an initial period of training, this position is eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Supports all administrative aspects of the attorney recruiting process, including but not limited to: developing interview schedules, coordinating interview logistics, assembling attorney information packets, communicating with candidates and search firms, preparing interview teams, and initiating background checks.
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the law student recruitment program, including but not limited to: registration for On Campus Interview programs at law schools, resume reviews, interview scheduling, assembly of evaluation summaries, maintenance of candidate data and communication with candidates.
- Supports all aspects of partner-level attorney integration, including data entry, documentation of integration plans, tracking progress towards completion, coordination of meetings and travel, and event planning.
- Supports the planning of law student program events throughout the year and provides support for all aspects of the law student summer program firmwide. Coordinates event planning for summer associate program, including working with Marketing and Events team, creating event invitations, managing attendance and attending events.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining data in the Firm’s legal recruiting software program.
- Processes invoices, handles invoices and purchase requests, and responsible for reconciliation of expense reporting and tracking expenses against the Department’s budget. Creates reimbursement requests as needed and ensures timely payment.

- Must have ability to read, write and communicate fluent English; ability to compose documents in the appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; ability to communicate clearly using proper grammar and diction over the telephone.
- Must possess attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and have strong time management skills.
- Ability to process routine daily functions while being able to resolve sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above average critical thinking skills.
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
- Requires a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
