• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates specialized in AI, Data Science, Digital Product Management, and more
• Conduct candidate assessments and manage offer negotiations with a consultative approach
• Advise leadership on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
• Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on AI, Data, Digital, and Technology roles
• Proven success recruiting technical, senior, and leadership talent within the tech industry
• Extensive network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities
• Experience recruiting for financial institutions, fintech, or major tech companies
• Skilled in using modern ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies
• Ability to influence hiring leaders and execute recruiting strategies quickly and effectively

Candidates must have demonstrated success recruiting AI, Data, and Digital talent, with a strong network in these markets.

• Pay: $45 - $70 per hour, based on experience

• All candidates must be located in the US and able to work on our W2 (no sponsorship available)
