Recruiting Partner

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Partner in San Antonio, TX to support the hiring needs of one of our established clients. We are looking for a confident, organized, and results-driven recruiting professional who enjoys connecting with people, identifying strong talent, and managing multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage recruiting efforts for multiple open positions from initial sourcing through candidate presentation.
• Proactively identify qualified talent through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify individuals who align with position requirements.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and keep them informed of next steps.
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs.
• Recommend qualified individuals for open positions based on established requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records within the recruiting system.
• Monitor recruiting activity, follow up on outstanding items, and work toward established hiring goals.
• Stay informed on local talent availability and recruiting trends.
• Help create a professional and positive experience for every person you interact with.
• Participate in recruiting initiatives, events, and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings at once.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• PHR certification is a plus, but not required.

• Must be based in San Antonio, TX.
• This is a fully remote position.
• Must provide your own computer/equipment.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.
• Must have a professional workspace suitable for calls and virtual meetings.
• Must be comfortable managing daily recruiting activity independently while staying connected with the team.
