Accurately manage data & communications within our ATS

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of professional, agency recruiting experience

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in both direct hire recruiting and business development

Technical understanding of refining and petrochemical industry roles (e.g., engineering, health & safety, economics, planning, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Integrity, passion, persistence, work ethic, humility, and humor
