What you will be doing:

• Utilize our advanced sourcing platform to discover prospective healthcare candidates and leverage your network
• Reach out to potential candidates, introducing them to exciting opportunities at MLR, and gauge their interest
• Schedule appointments for deeper candidate screenings with our recruiters
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist them throughout their hiring journey
• Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system to ensure seamless communication
• Earn commissions based on your performance, including meetings set, interviews arranged, and successful hires from your leads

What you need to thrive:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, self-driven approach — manage your own schedule with enthusiasm
• An affinity for making connections and helping candidates progress in their careers

Your compensation:

• This role is exclusively commission-based, meaning your earning potential is limitless, and solely determined by the value you create.
