Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our specialized platform and your personal network
• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist in the hiring process
• Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on successful meetings, interviews conducted, and hires linked to your efforts
