Your key responsibilities include:

• Utilize our exclusive platform alongside your personal network to source potential healthcare candidates
• Initiate contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange appointments with candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Ensure continuous engagement with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking program
• Receive commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews initiated, and successful hires resulting from your connections

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A self-driven, proactive approach to managing your own schedule

Compensation structure:
