Your role

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our specialized platform and your personal network.
• Reach out to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess the candidate's interest level.
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey.
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system.
• Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads.

Your compensation
