Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform alongside your network to identify potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to prospects to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruiters for detailed screenings, following up consistently with leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring experience, keeping thorough and updated records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that arise, and successful hires linked to your input.
